Who benefits?
▫️Scheduled Caste families who do not have a livable house They can avail benefits in this scheme as per the rules.If their house is dilapidated or they have an open plot, families can get help.
▫️The income limit under this scheme is Rs. 1,50,000 / - for urban area and Rs. 1,20,000 / - for rural area.
Where to get benefits
▫️Deputy Director, Office of Scheduled Caste Welfare, Rajkot (for urban area).
▫️District Social Welfare Officer, District Panchayat (for rural area)
▫️Social Welfare Inspector (in the concerned taluka) may apply for assistance
How much benefit
▫️A total assistance of Rs. 1,20,000 / - is provided in this scheme
▫️ The first installment is Rs 40,000
▫️Second installment Rs. 60,000 / -
▫️And third installment Rs. 20,000 / -

Photo ID issued by a Government Agency
Letter From A Recognized Public Authority or Government Servant Checking the Credibility of the Customer's Identity with a Photograph.

Last Light Bill
Rental Agreement on Stamp Paper
Bank Statements Displaying the Address of the borrower of any Commercial Nationalized Bank.
Credit Card Statement not elder than 3 months.
Life Insurance Plan
Certificate of Resident Address on its letterhead by the Company.
Property(House), Copy of Sale Agreement if setted
Municipal or Property tax receipt
Post Office Savings Bank Account Statement
Pension or Family Payment Order(PPO), which is issued to retired Employees by Government Departments or Public Sector Undertakings And Should have an Address.
