Education Qualification :

Nurse : Full time/Regular Basic B. Sc. (Nursing) 4 years Duration Regular Course with 55% and above in last year/last two Semesters from Recognized University by Indian Nursing Council Registration with Gujarat  Nursing Council.

Radiology cum Pathology Technician : Full time /Regular M.Sc.(Microbiology) with 55% and above in Last year/ last two semesters from Recognized University. OR Full time / Regular B.Sc. (Microbiology) with DMLT with 55% and above in both Qualification in Last Year/Last two semesters from Recognized University.

Lab Tester : Full time/ Regular B.Sc.(Chemistry) with 55% and above in last year/Two Semesters from Recognized University.

Instrument Mechanic : Full time Diploma (Instrumentation & Control) in regular Mode From Recognized University Duly Approved by UGC/AICTE with minimum 55% in Last year/ 5th and 6th Semester.

Age Limit : (as on 30/12/2020) 

 Nurse: 

SC, ST, OBC : 30 years

EWS : 35 years 

 Radiology cum Pathology Technician :

SC, ST,OBC, EWS : 35 Years

EWS : 40years

 Lab Tester :

SC, ST, OBC : 35 years

EWS : 40 years

 Instrument Mechanic :

General : 35 years

SC, ST, OBC & EWS : 40 years

Fee :

General : Rs.500/- 

SC, ST, OBC & EWS : Rs.250/- 

If PWD Candidates Belongs to SC and ST Category  fees Payable will be Rs.250/-
